Always love coming back to my favorite spot in Avila. The staff's kindness towards my elderly parents on our first visit left a lasting impression. This place has all I need with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, and laundry services. Perfect for my business trips.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beautiful Cathedral. The small historic area surrounding the hotel was charming and made exploring the city a breeze. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a lovely patio. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were nice touches. The free Wi-Fi also allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.
This place is highly recommended for families.

I chose El Encanto Hotel & Cafeteria because I wanted to visit the Tower of Los Guzmanes. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered at the hotel, such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. The buffet breakfasts, served from 8:30 AM, were also a highlight, and I enjoyed quenching my thirst at the bar/lounge with my favorite drink.
Although our bedroom at El Encanto Hotel & Cafeteria was nice, large, and very clean, there were no windows, so there was no natural light at all. , due to the hotel's location in the middle of town, parking was a problem, and maneuvering in and out of the underground car park was challenging.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach most of the attractions on foot. The staff was really cordial, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and we had a lovely view from the window. they had a great breakfast selection, and my favorite was the crispy bacon and freshly brewed coffee.
The hotel's dinner was quite a letdown. The options were limited, and the food was average at best.

Our stay at El Encanto was fantastic. We stayed for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The historical features of the building were well-preserved, adding to the overall charm. The hotel was well-equipped, comfortable, and in a prime location. The staff were delightful, and the personalized breakfasts with home baked cakes were a lovely touch. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city's main attractions, which were just a short walk away. The combination of ancient and modern elements in the design made for a unique and enjoyable stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's right off the square by the main cathedral and close to all the historic sights. the rooms are modern and tasteful with spacious bathrooms. the staff is hospitable, helpful and friendly. the breakfast is superb and the facilities are great.
The hotel's parking is separate from the hotel and requires leaving the city to get to, which can be a bit of a hassle.

During my recent stay, I had a great experience at El Encanto Hotel & Cafeteria. The hotel is beautifully remodeled, blending modern amenities with the charm of the old building. My room, a charming attic room with a skylight, provided a cozy and unique atmosphere. The shower was excellent and the bed and pillows were super-comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. I also enjoyed the lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the local surroundings. The location of the hotel was ideal, with all the sights of the town easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. While the food was not exceptional, the dining atmosphere and spaces were pleasant. I would highly recommend El Encanto Hotel & Cafeteria for a memorable stay in this beautiful town.
